What Do You Need To Know?

Recommended for those who obtained a medium to high risk of sleep apnea on the STOP BANG Assessment; and/or you feel that your daily sleep quality is poor, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) Assessment shows severe daytime sleepiness. It is also suggested for people who wish to learn more about their sleep health, but cannot find time to go to the hospital or prefer to be tested at home.

Our well-informed staff will provide you with detailed instruction on how to use the test equipment, and then return home to undertake the test.
